Staying on Track...

With Spring right around the corner I have to keep my mind right to stay on track with my fitness goals. So, while at T.J. Maxx the other day I picked up this cute journal to help me along the way. Normally, I just been keep a mental note of everything: meals, if I gained or loss etc... It's important to write down your goals so that you can have something to look back on and to keep you on track; it's like looking back at an old pic from back in the day saying wow look how much I've changed. 

I took the pic of my journal with my Nutribullet because both of these will be getting much use during my fitness journey

  1. Yes to keeping a journal, Bobbie! If you're consistent with it, it will help keep you on track. I don't keep a food diary, but I do log all of my weekly exercises so that I can keep record of how much I'm doing each day. I saw an infomercial for the Nutribullet just a few days ago and was super convinced to buy one. But since I already have a blender (of course it's not nearly as effective as the Nutribullet) I talked myself out of ordering it. I hope you're planning to share a few recipes on the blog and maybe do a full review of how it works. :)

  3. Way to go, Bobbie! I absolutely love my Nutribullet. I use it almost daily. I also had to stop playing and start back journalin my food. I wasn't doing right with the app alone. I need to see it written down. I hope you post some tasty Nutriblast recipes! :)
