With Spring right around the corner I have to keep my mind right to stay on track with my fitness goals. So, while at T.J. Maxx the other day I picked up this cute journal to help me along the way. Normally, I just been keep a mental note of everything: meals, if I gained or loss etc... It's important to write down your goals so that you can have something to look back on and to keep you on track; it's like looking back at an old pic from back in the day saying wow look how much I've changed.
I took the pic of my journal with my Nutribullet because both of these will be getting much use during my fitness journey
