I have a confession....I'm overweight! No, I'm really overweight. But the good thing about it is that I can-and finally-going to get to the bottom of this thing called being "overweight."
To help me get on track I downloaded the fitness app....My Fitness Pal. There is where I will log in my diary my daily food intake (breakfast, lunch,dinner and snacks), my daily exercise for each day and track my progress along the way. It will even send me a reminder if I haven't logged my lunch or breakfast! How cool is that? All-in-all this app can keep you on track if you have a habit like me of losing focus from time-to-time. Also, with this app they have a community board where I can connect with others who are on the same lifestyle path for added motivation.The community is a great resource within the app. My Fitness Pal app is a one stop fitness tool right at my finger tips!
