This week I had a taste for some shrimp, so Shrimp Penne Pasta w/ Broccoli was on the menu.
The recipe called for:
Shrimp (or Chicken)
First I boiled the penne pasta for 11mins and my broccoli for 3-4mins...after I drained both and set to the side for a minute.
I returned the pasta to the cooking pot proceeded by the broccoli, shrimp then alfredo sauce. Stirred and then back to the stove on low to cook together for an additional 7mins.
Add a small caesar salad, garlic bread and a glass of white wine would complete this meal.
