Weigh-in/Weight Loss Wednesday

Have you started a workout regimen and have lost your mojo or talked yourself out of working out sometimes when you know you should be working out?  Well, I have plenty of times, so this is why I wanted to share this with you.

I keep this on my cell phone as my reminder when I just do not want to work out and it instantly kick my mind into…”what will I look like if I workout and what will I look out if I don’t work out?”
