I'm back at it….Getting healthy and staying fit-once again.On Monday, I signed up for Zumba classes in my local area and I will be attending two days a week (Monday & Thursday) and I am pretty excited.The first class was fun and there was a handful of ladies there aiming for the same goals.
I was thinking what can I do that would motivate me to stay on a track that I didn’t do before this time last year when I lost 30lbs…and shamefully, I gained it all back, smh. So, I compiled a few things that may help me this time around.
-Purchase cute, fashionable workout gear. I did not do this before, now I just throw on what I can find to work out and go
-Do monthly progress updates on the blog to hold me accountable. I have never done this before and didn’t know if I wanted to put myself out there.
These are just a few things.I’m sure I will come up with more along this journey.
