We are in the 6th week of our weight-loss challenge and there is still two more weeks to go until the finale. I am excited and nervous all at the same time.
In a previous blog (dated 10/3/2010, no turning back...not this time), I stated that I would reward myself each month that I reach my monthly weight goal. So far, I have met September goal and I am working on October's weight goal and it seems everything is coming along just fine.
My lifestyle change could not have come at a better time, and what better time than now. With doing this, it has changed the way I look at some things and my actions. When you change something major in your life, something else is guaranteed to change, even without you trying and almost not noticing it. I try to always pay attention to myself when change is involved.
